2. Account Deletion and Data Purge

We respect your right to control your data.

• Right to Delete: You can terminate your account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature under "Settings" > "Danger Zone" in the App.
• Data Handling: Upon confirmation of account deletion, we will permanently remove your personally identifiable information, email, location history, and profile settings from our servers.
• Irreversibility: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

3. Child Safety Standards

PinTalky maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to a safe environment through the following measures:

• Strict Content Monitoring: We provide users with the ability to report any content that involves or depicts the exploitation of children.
• Removal and Reporting: Upon discovery or receipt of a report regarding CSAM/CSAE, we will immediately remove the content, terminate the associated account, and report the incident to relevant law enforcement agencies and organizations (such as NCMEC).
• No Recruitment or Grooming: Any behavior aimed at recruiting, grooming, or facilitating the exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
• How to Report: Users can report child safety concerns directly within the App using the "Report" feature or by contacting us at thraupis.tw@gmail.com.
